From: Lisa Giovanniello
Sent: Thursday, January 26, 2012 11:43 AM
To: Pope, Sitira
Subject: Wildcat Mining
Sitera, we are having issues with Wildcat Mining completely rearranging the roads up here. My
neighbor Phil mentioned that they are building a new road over by the Idaho. I think my main
concern is that I have called to complain about the track -hoe that has been working on the roads
for the last week and when we call Dustin Czapla he is up in Grand Junction and can't investigate
the complaints in a timely manner. This is ridiculous and I would like to request that the
Durango DRMS be assigned this project so we can have some immediate witness to the work.
Why has it been assigned to the Grand Junction Office?
Please forward to any appropriate departments.
Thank you,
Sincerely:
Lisa Giovanniello
