(Rimrock) is submitting a response to the
Division's review letter dated September 26, 2011 and the December 6, 2011 memorandum from
Tim Cazier to Russ Means that requested additional information regarding the surface water
detention pond spillway design(s) and the Surface Water Management and Controls Analysis
submitted as a part of Technical Revision 02 to Permit M- 2005 -050.
The technical issues regarding the design of the surface water structures at the site appear to have
been resolved, at least in discussions between the Division's engineer and Rimrock's engineer.
Rimrock has made several design changes in the proposed surface water management facilities
based on the feedback received from the Division's engineer and these changes are included in
the attached revised drawings and narrative for formal review by the Division.
Please contact me at 970 - 864 -7455 with any questions regarding these responses. Alternatively,
if I cannot be reached, then please call Alan Chiles at 970 - 417 -1239 for information.
