PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), has filed with the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) an application for a Technical Revision (TR -62) <br />to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C -81 -008. This Technical Revision will incorporate <br />changes to a previously approved sampling plan that were made in the field, into the <br />permit. <br />The New Horizon Mine is located at 27646 West 5TH Street, P.O. Box 628, Nucla, <br />Colorado. Telephone number (970) 864 -2165. The revision pertains to an area within: <br />N1/2 Section 1, T46N, R16W <br />The 7.5 minute USGS Nucla Quadrangle map shows the above described area. <br />A copy of the complete technical revision application is available for public inspection at the <br />Montrose County Courthouse Annex, Nucla, Colorado. Written comments or objections <br />to the application may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (Tel 303 - 866 - 3567). Written <br />comments and objections must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety within 10 days after the publication of the above notice. <br />
