Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> The weather was cool and clear, and the ground was partially covered with snow. <br /> The partial inspection was conducted by Rob Zuber of DRMS and Tony Tennyson of Colowyo Coal Company <br /> (CCC). <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17: <br /> No problems were observed with fugitive dust. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14: <br /> The following operations were observed: <br /> Operations continue to move the large West Pit spoil pile (aka"Henk's Peak")to fill the pit. The 102 dragline was <br /> idle for preventative maintenance. <br /> In South Taylor Pit,the 115 excavator and the 114 shovel were loading trucks with overburden. <br /> At South Taylor fill,trucks were dumping loads. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05: <br /> Due to the cold weather(below freezing),no snow melt runoff was observed during the inspection. <br /> The following ponds were inspected: West Pit, East Taylor,West Taylor, Section 28, Prospect, and the Taylor <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
