disturbed in quantities sufficient to adversely affect any person, any property,
or the environment.

introduction
Denison has prepared this EPP in accordance with Denison's corporate commitment
to environmental protection, and their obligation for protection of human health,
property, and the environment in conformance with the duties of operators as
prescribed by the CMLRA.
This document is generally organized in accordance with existing rules at HRMMR §
6.4.20. However, as mentioned previously, the rules have not yet been modified to
provide specific direction for conventional uranium mines designated as DMOs by
Colorado HB 1161. Therefore, the organization of this document has been modified
somewhat to address site - specific issues. This document is organized as follows:
