<br />Colowyo Coal Company L P. hereby publishes the following blasting schedule for the 2012 year.
<br />1. Identification of blasting areas: During the 2012 year, blasting will be conducted within the following
<br />areas:
<br />T3N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties, Colorado
<br />W1 /2 of Section 3,
<br />All of Section 4,
<br />All of Section 9,
<br />W1 /2 of Section 10,
<br />SW1 /4, N1 /2 of Section 15,
<br />All of Section 16,
<br />All of Section 17,
<br />E1/2 of Section 19,
<br />All of Section 20,
<br />W1 /2 of Section 21
<br />T4N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat County, Colorado
<br />E1 /2W1 /2, W1 /2E1 /2, E1I2SE1/4 of Section 22,
<br />W1 /2, N1/2NE1/4 of Section 27,
<br />E1I2SE1 /4 of Section 28,
<br />E1 /2SW1 /4, E1 /2 of Section 33,
<br />W1 /2 of Section 34,
<br />2. Time of blast: Blasting operations will be conducted daily between sunrise and sunset.
<br />3. All mine roads to blast areas will be blocked at least ten minutes prior to the blast by manned vehicles
<br />having radio communication with the Blasting Foreman. The blast areas will be cleared by the Blasting
<br />Foreman. All mine areas are fenced for livestock.
<br />4. Audible Warning Signals:
<br />Before blast signal Four series of three short sirens, then four series of three long sirens.
<br />After blast all clear signal: The Blasting Foreman will check the blast and report the
<br />all clear to barricade crews, followed by a single, long siren.
<br />5. Blasting may not be conducted at times different from those announced in this
<br />blasting schedule except in emergency situations where rain, lightning, other at-
<br />mospheric conditions, or Operator or public safety requires unscheduled detonation.

<br />uninterruptedly in said County of Rio Blanco for a period

<br />the United States mails as second -class matter under the
<br />provision of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any

<br />newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal notices and
<br />advertisements within the meaning of the laws of the
<br />State of Colorado.
<br />That the annexed legal notice or advertisement was
<br />published in the regular and entire issue of every number
<br />of said weekly newspaper for the period of
<br />consecutive insertions; and that the first publication of
<br />said notice was in the issue of said newspaper dated
