<br />Year 2012 Blasting Schedule
<br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. hereby pub-
<br />lishes the following blasting schedule for the
<br />2012 year.
<br />1. Identification of blasting areas: During
<br />the 2 01 2 year, blasting will be conducted
<br />within the followng areas:
<br />T3N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat and Rio
<br />Blanco Counties, Colorado
<br />W1/2 of Section 3,
<br />All of Section 4,
<br />All of Section 9,
<br />W1/2 of Section 10,
<br />SW1 /4, N1/2 of Section 15,
<br />All of Section 16,
<br />All of Section 17,
<br />E1/2 of Section 19,
<br />All of Section 20,
<br />W1/2 of Section 21
<br />T4N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat County, Colo-
<br />rado
<br />E1/2W1/2, W1/2E1/2, E1/2SE1/4 of Section
<br />22,
<br />W1/2, N1 /2NE1 /4of Section 27,

<br />2. Time of blast: Blasting operations will be
<br />conducted daily between sunrise and sunset.
<br />3. All mine roads to blast areas will be
<br />blocked at least ten minutes prior tothe blast
<br />by manned vehicles having radio communi-
<br />cation with the Blasting Foreman. The blast
<br />areas will be cleared by the Blasting Fore-
<br />man. All mine areas are fenced for livestock.
<br />4. Audible Warning Signals:
<br />Before blast signal: Four series of three short
<br />sirens, thenfour series of three long sirens.
<br />After blast all clear signal: The Blasting
<br />Foreman will check the blast and report the
<br />all clear to barricade crews, followed by a
<br />single, long siren.
<br />5. Blasting may not be conducted at times
<br />different from those announced in this blast-
<br />ing schedule except in emergency situations
<br />where rain, lightning, other atmospheric con -
<br />,ditons, or Operator or public safety requires
<br />,scheduled detonation.
