judgment shall not be necessary in order for my Agent to
<br />perform any act authorized by this instrument;
<br />(b) A mandatory injunction requiring compliance with my
<br />Agent's instructions by any person, organisation,
<br />corporation or other entity obligated to comply with
<br />instructions given by me;
<br />(c) Actual and punitive damages against any person,
<br />organization, corporation or other entity obligated to
<br />comply with instructions given by me who negligently or
<br />willfully fails or refuses to follow such instructions;

<br />(2) , With respect to hiring personal services: To select, employ, compensate
<br />from my funds and discharge such domestic, medical and professional
<br />personnel including attorneys, accountants, doctors, nurses, brokers,
<br />financial consultants, advisors, consultants, companions, servants and
<br />employees , or Agents under any Health Care Power of Attorney, as my
<br />Agent shall determine maybe necessary or appropriate to permit the orderly
<br />management of my affairs.
<br />(3) With respect to contracts and other legal To execute,
<br />endorse, seal, acknowledge, deliver and file or record agreements,
<br />instruments or conveyances ofrealproperty, including homestead property,
<br />as well as personal, intangible or mixed property, instruments granting and
<br />perfecting security instruments and obligations, orders for the payment of
<br />money, receipts, releases, waivers, elections, vouchers, consents,
<br />satisfactions and certificates; to accept part in satisfaction for the whole of
<br />or to compromise, any debt or sum of money now or hereafter owing or
<br />payable to me, or any other claim or demand which I have or may have
<br />against any person or persons; to grant extensions of time for the payment
<br />or satisfaction thereo1, either with or without taking security for the same;
<br />to give discharges for such payments, and otherwise to act with respect
<br />thereto;
<br />(4) With respect to expending finds and borrowing: To expend my funds
<br />and to liquidate my property or to borrow money in order to produce such
<br />finds and to secure any such borrowing with security interests in any
<br />property, real, personal, or intangible that I may now or hereafter own;
<br />(5) 'With respect to banking: To make, draw, sign and deliver checks, drafts,
<br />bills of exchange, notes or orders or instructions of any kind for thepayinent
<br />of moneys, drawn upon or made payable by or at any Bank, Credit Union,
<br />or other financial institution, whether or not drawn against funds actually
<br />credited at the time, or against or in anticipation of deposits to be made or
<br />funds to be credited thereafter, and whether payable to the order ofmy said.
