• 2.05.6(3) <br />Monitoring of dischazge, if any, from Sediment Ponds A and B will <br />continue in accordance with CDPS dischazge permit requirements. Water monitoring requirements <br />as detailed above will be re=mitiated two years prior to the time the Operator requests final bond <br />release. <br />The results of the above water monitoring program will be compared <br />to the baseline information to determine if the operation is having any adverse impact on the quantity <br />or quality of t}ie ground water or surface water in or adjacent to the permit area. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.05.13(4), an annual hydrologic report will <br />be prepazed and submitted to the Division by March 15th of each yeaz. The report will contain all <br />monitoring da1:a, including laboratory analytical reports, for the previous year. <br />(v) If the results of the above monitoring plan indicate that the operation <br />is impacting the water resources in the azea then a mitigation plan will be developed. <br />(vi) The location of each water collection ditch and sedimentation pond is <br />shown on the Sedimentation Control Map, Drawing No. 117. <br />• (vii) As stated in 2.04.7(1), there is no recharge source to the aquifer in or adjacent <br />to the permit area. <br />(vui) Not applicable. <br />• 2.05-36 August 1999 <br />
