Ward
and Susan L. Ward. The subject water right is described as
follows: .75 C.F.S. of priority Water #72 to pumping plant locat-
ed at a point 1100 feet West of the East line and 550 feet North
of the Side line in SE/4SE/4 of Section 24, Township 46 North,
Range 16 West, New Mexico Principle Meridian, Montrose County,
Colorado. The surface
water that is coursed through the sediment ponds will be subse-
quently discharged. The open pit mine may collect water that is
not subsequently discharged however this should be balanced out
because the disturbed areas caill provide additional run-off
because of lack of vegetation. The quantity of ground water
within the permit and adjacent area should not be affected for
the reasons explained above.
(iv) Not applicable.
(b)(i) The plan for the control of
• drainage into, through and out of the permit and
contained in Section 2.05.3(41.
