Access road HGLF -ARl was constructed by the previous owner /operator /permittee, H -G
Coal Company. The access road is approximately 20 feet to 30 feet wide; drainage from the
road is controlled by existing Ditch 1, as well as Ditches 5 and 6. HGTI has been unable to
locate any design or construction documentation in the project files, however, HGTI assumes
the road was designed and constructed in accordance with CDRM's regulations as described
in Appendix 12 -3.
