It was found <br />approximately 1.13 acres of land has been affected outside of the approved permit boundary. The <br />disturbance outside of the boundary is primarily a result of topsoil stripping and stockpiling activities. <br />September 23, 2011 —A Reason to Believe letter, the Division's August 31, 2011 inspection report, and a <br />Staff Summary Form for Consent Agenda Items were sent to Mr. Troy Crane of Baca County.
