3. Staff and Cotter personnel have also had discussions concerning the C -LP -21 Mine, M- 1977 -305 <br />and the CM -25 Mine, M- 1977 -307. Like the SR -13A these sites are fully reclaimed and <br />releasable. Annual reports also indicate the C -LP -21 and CM -25 Mines were reclaimed in 2003. <br />Please provide written documentation of what other final reclamation tasks Cotter feels is <br />necessary before the final release request can be submitted or, proceed with submittal of full <br />performance and financial warranty release requests for these sites as well. <br />The Division requires that Cotter resubmit an EPP schedule that complies with the notice directive for <br />submission of plans by October 1, 2012 for the SM -18 Mine, M- 1978 -116, the Wright Group Mine, M- <br />1979-118HR, the Mineral Joe Mine, M- 1977 -284, the JD -6 Mine, M- 1977 -310, the SR -11 Mine(lke), M- <br />1977 -451, the JD -7 mines, M- 1977 -308 and M- 1977- 094HR, and the JD -9 Mine, M- 1977 -306.
