DIVISION RECOMMENDATION <br />The Division believes that the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Regular Operation (112) <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion Application (CN1) submitted by Mt. Elbert Mining Co., <br />L.L.C. for the Willow Creek Mine, File No. M- 1983 -011 complies with the requirements <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal and Designated <br />Mining Operations. It is the recommendation of the Division that the Board approve this <br />CN1 application without stipulations pursuant to C.R.S. 34 -32- 115(4) with a financial <br />warranty requirement of $42,467.00. <br />
