Mr. Graham Roberts with Trapper Mining, Inc. accompanied me on the inspection. The <br />inspection occurred on December 12'x' and 13 ", 2011. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION <br />The weather- was clear Monday, December 12, and it appeared the Operator had been watering the roads that day <br />for dust suppression. On Tuesday, December 13, the roads were lightly covered with snow. Roads and other <br />activities were not a significant source of fugitive dust during the inspection. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE <br />The Horse Gulch fill was observed during the inspection, the slope face of the fill was covered with snow. The <br />perimeter ditches appeared stable and were functioning. No problems were observed. <br />1yfy:9TTLVAI1011Ku" <br />A heard of elk was observed in the old H pit reclaimed area. Waterfowl were observed at several of the ponds. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />No Name ponds No. 4 and 5 were observed. No Name Pond No. 5 was discharging clear water. Both <br />embankments were stable and vegetated. <br />West and Middle Pyeatt ponds were observed and their embankments appeared stable and vegetated. <br />East Pyeatt ponds were observed and East Pyeatt Pond No. 3 was discharging clear water.
