This will be <br />the last report submitted. Reports will resume when construction activities resume. <br />CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES and PROGRESS: <br />I) Process Solution Enhancement System (PSES) <br />A) Cut to Fill <br />Structural fill placement was performed using a CAT 375 excavator to load 40 -ton articulating <br />haul trucks from a borrow source designated by CC &V and hauled to fill areas within the PSES. <br />Structural fill was placed in 18" to 24" lifts using two CAT D -6 LGP dozers. Each lift was <br />moisture conditioned using a tandem axle water truck (when necessary) and compacted using a 10- <br />ton vibratory smooth drum compactor, passing over the entire fill surface at least 4 times (method <br />compaction technique is applicable). The area was set to finish grades that were surveyed prior to <br />the project start.
