mining will be removed when reclamation is complete. There are no water well <br />with in 200 feet of this permit boundary. <br />A stormwater management plan will be implemented. A more detailed view of the <br />mining area can be seen in the Mining Plan Map within Exhibit "E ". <br />As stated previously extraction of the boulder and rocks will be accomplished with <br />front -end loader, and an excavators. This is a surface mine, and mining and <br />construction equipment designed for this task will be used for earthmoving and <br />transporting on site. The mining will be done in such a manner as to minimize <br />any modification of the existing topography. <br />Best Management Practices will be followed during the duration of the operation <br />at this site. The stormwater management plan purpose will be to maintain the <br />existing hydrologic balance. <br />(m) Onsite processing will not occur on -site. Crushing and screening will not be <br />done on site. No portable crushing and screening plant will be used and no <br />processing will be done. <br />(n) The primary products (commodities) from this mine site will be used for <br />construction materials as defined by the DRMS, as follows: "Construction <br />Materials" means rock, clay, silt, sand gravel, limestone, dimension stone, <br />marble or shale extracted for use in the production of non - metallic construction <br />products. The main products will be LANDSCAPING STONE for decorative use. <br />No secondary commodities will be produced. <br />(o) The boulders and rock from this permit area will be used for landscaping and <br />decorative use. There are no other commodities to be mined only construction <br />aggregates. <br />(p) No use of explosives will be used during mining or reclamation. <br />
