Therefore TMoP has requested a SEO hearing with a water referee to resolve the issue. <br />As the water referee is in a lengthy water court case, the hearing will not occur until late <br />December, 2011. <br />TMoP has followed the proper protocol per the SEO Gravel Pit Well process and has <br />offered to minimize the possible impacts to both wells which Stratman has ownership in. <br />Also enclosed is: <br />• Affidavit of Publication, Pueblo Chieftain <br />• Proof of submittal to Pueblo County Clerk of revised Exh R and S. <br />• Proof of submittal to Pueblo County Clerk of Preliminary Adequacy Response. <br />• Proof of second submittal to the NRCS -USDA in Pueblo (Exh Q) because the <br />first submittal used an outdated address for the agency. <br />• Proof of notice to property owners within 200 feet of the Phase 1 and Phase 7 <br />areas. <br />Concurrently with this letter to you, this packet is being shipped to the Pueblo County <br />Clerk. Proof to that mailing can be provided when the green receipt is returned. <br />Please call me if you have further questions. We are anxious for a December 12 <br />decision date.
