4. The owner's name of the overhead power line within 200 feet of the affected land <br />boundary has been noted on Exhibit C. Please see attached revision of Exhibit <br />«C,, <br />5. The top soil stockpiles were re- graded and seeded on November 19, 2011. Please <br />find the attached copy of the seed tag taken from the bag. <br />6. Please find the revised "Exhibit E ". The correction has been made to item f) (ii), <br />which was a typo. <br />7. The information provided from The USDA Natural Resources Conservation <br />Services states that 0 -16 inches of top soil may be present at the site. This is a <br />"Typical Profile" of the area. We understand this to mean that between 0 -16 <br />inches of topsoil can be found in this area. Glenn E. Sessions and Sons, Inc. has <br />found that 2 -6" of topsoil can be found on site. We are committed to salvaging all <br />possible topsoil. We are protecting this topsoil located on site with the proper <br />seeding as noted on ( #5 ) above and the proper grading to keep the topsoil from <br />erosion. <br />8. We are currently in the process of having this Bond increased to $25,420.00. We <br />will send a new copy of the bond as soon as possible. <br />9. A storm water permit is not needed for this location. <br />10. The overhead power line is owned by Mountain Parks Electric, Inc.
