Please find the attached signed affidavit from the Jackson County Star regarding <br />the publication of the proposed mining operation. <br />2. Please find copies of the certified mailing receipts and proof of personal service <br />to all owners of record within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. <br />3. The letter dated September 29, 2011 from History Colorado has been reviewed. If <br />any unidentified cultural resources or human remains are discovered during the <br />mining activities all operations shall come to an immediate stop and the <br />requirements under State Law 24 -80 part 13 will be followed. <br />The letter dated September 22, 2011 from Department of The Army has been <br />reviewed. This mining location is not located within an aquatic site. If some <br />unforeseen change occurs by another party or Mother Nature, we will notify the <br />Department of The Army and all other appropriate entity's. <br />
