USFWS published a notice in the Federal Register of 15 September 2009. Therein, on <br />page 47114 of this notice, it says that "Sclerocactus glaucus (formerly common name was <br />Unita Basin hookless cactus; now Colorado hookless cactus) ... "In the original text, <br />Unita Basin hookless cactus was specifically addressed on PAP pages 24, 25 and 28. <br />However due to the undated information this narrative will be revised as follows: <br />The mention of Unita Basin hookless cactus will be changed to read Colorado hookless <br />cactus. It is now found on pages 25 and 26 of Section 2.04.10 in the PAP <br />The reference found on PAP Section 2.04.10 page 28 relative to Unita Basin hookless <br />cactus, will be changed to read Colorado hookless cactus. <br />2.05 — OPERATION AND RECLAMATION PLANS <br />2.05.2 — Operation Plan — Estimated Area for Life of Operation <br />4. DRMS: The cover letter dated May 26, 2011 states that the individual cuts have been added <br />to Map 2.05.2 -1, but this does not appear to be the case. Please revise Map 2.05.2 -1 to show <br />the individual cuts, as illustrated on the Blast Notification map. <br />Response — Map 2.05.2 -1 has been revised to show the numbering of individual cuts. <br />2.05.3 — Operation Plan — Permit Area <br />Note: The revised Section 2.05.3 now refers to the following maps: <br />Map 2.05.3 -1 Typical Pit Cross Section — Mining and Reclamation Plan <br />Map 2.05.3 -2 Equipment Corridor Plan and Profile <br />2.05.3(3) — Mine facilities <br />2. DRMS: The Division was unable to find the new text in the Fuel Storage section. Please <br />review and revise as appropriate. <br />Response — The text on page 3 Section 2.05.3(3) has been revised to include the used oil <br />storage tanks. <br />4. DRMS: The text does not appear to have been added, as requested. <br />Response — The phrase "the outside right -of -way" has been added immediately prior to <br />"current public roads" on page 12 of Section 2.05.3(3). DRMS incorrectly referred this <br />page as page 15. <br />5. b) DRMS: The stationing labels in the plan view are still too small to read. Please <br />increase the font size of the labels. <br />Response — Map 2.05.3(3) -2 Haulroad Alignment and Details has now been labeled as <br />Map 2.05.3(3) -3. The font size for stationing labels on plan view of Map 2.05.3(3) -3 have <br />been increased to facilitate reading. <br />Note: The revised Section 2.05.3(3) now refers to the following maps: <br />Page 14 <br />
