Adjustment of Acreage Discrepancy
During the Division's review of the actual affected area acreage value, a discrepancy was
identified with the approved affected area acreage value maintained by the Division in its permit
system database. It was determined that this discrepancy stemmed from the TR -4 decision,
which incorrectly identified an increase of 0.3 affected area acreage. Based on the TR -4
decision, the approved disturbed area acreage is 105.5 and the approved affected area acreage is
105.8. The Division proposes to correct this discrepancy by entering a proposed affected area
acreage figure of 96.3 into the Division's permit system database, rather than the approved 96.6.
The approved affected area acreage based on the approval of PR -O l for the HG Loadout will be
decreased by 0.3 acres from 202.40 affected area acres to 202.10 affected area acres to reflect the
correct on the ground affected area of the permit.
Hayden Gulch Loadout 7 November 22, 2011
