renewal application

Midterm Responses
The Division received the PR -01 application from Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC on 18 July
2011. The submittal included a revision application form, proposed public notice, and changes
to permit text and maps to increase the permit area by 214.7 acres by incorporating the Tie -
Across Haul Road (TAHR), currently part of the Seneca II -W (C- 1982 -057) permit, into the
HGT permit. An additional 96.6 acres of surface disturbance was proposed with PR -01.
The PR -01 application was deemed complete on 28 July 2011. Public Notices were published in
the Steamboat Pilot and Today for four consecutive insertions beginning on 14 August 2011 and
ending on 04 September 2011. Copies of the application were filed with the Hayden Public
Library, and the Denver office of the Division. No comment letters were received by the
Division in reference to PR -01
The Division sent twenty -one preliminary adequacy review comments to HGT on 21 September
2011. HGT submitted preliminary adequacy responses on 01 November 2011 which adequately
addressed all of the Division's questions.
Notice of Violations
No violations were written from the period of the approval of Permit Renewal 03 until the
present approval of Permit Revision 01.
