STARNER: And are you the only <br />8 person at this time that's had these concerns, or has <br />9 the adjacent landowner, Energy Fuels also had -- <br />10 MR. CORLEY: The adjacent landowner is <br />11 very concerned. Energy Fuels is terribly concerned <br />12 about the road. It's a high- maintenance sort of thing <br />13 and requires almost daily work during the rainy season. <br />14 And they do have to travel over it on a daily basis. <br />15 But still the one big item is, what are <br />16 the landowner's rights? <br />17 MR. STARNER: Well, you know, this is -- <br />18 this is -- we brought this up for discussion and the <br />19 attorneys are present. So I think that the matter's <br />20 got to be resolved with the staff and the attorneys at <br />21 this time until something is formally brought before <br />22 the board.
