1 <br />2 <br />1 (The board meeting was called to order <br />2 on Wednesday, May 24, 2000, at approximately 9:00 a.m. <br />3 The following members were present: Jack <br />4 Starner - Chairman, Harry Javernick, Ira Paulin, Joe <br />5 Janosec, Catherine Kraeger - Rovery, David Abbott, and <br />6 Ron Cattany.) <br />7 (Whereupon, further proceedings were had <br />8 but are not reported herein.) <br />9 MR. STARNER: Next item on the agenda is <br />10 File Number C- 1981 -037, Corley Company, and it's to be <br />11 presented by Dave Berry of the staff. Anybody wishing <br />12 to testify in the matter, please -- <br />13 MR. PAULIN: It's a discussion item, <br />14 Jack. <br />15 MR. STARNER: This is just strictly a <br />16 discussion item. So with that we'll let David at it. <br />17 MR. BERRY: I believe the Corley Company <br />18 representatives are here to speak to the board. I'm <br />19 David Berry. I'm the coal program supervisor with the <br />20 division. We're here today at the request of the <br />21 Corley Company, and they are the landowner at the <br />22 reclaimed GEC coal mine in Fremont County.
