Please explain why the description including the drainage easement in the Brown Subdivision was not removed and why the plat of the Brown Subdivision is still included as within the permit boundary. 6.4.5 EXHIBIT E — Reclamation Plan 5. Please provide some narrative as to whether the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) has been notified of the intent to construct a levee along the Arkansas River on the south edge of the proposed Phase 7 area. Note the Operator must obtain prior approval from COE prior to engaging in any proactive work along the Arkansas River floodplain and must maintain the 100 -foot setback as approved in 1986. 6.4.6 EXHIBIT F — Reclamation Plan Map 6. Rule 6.2.1(2)(b) requires Maps and Exhibits be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified person. Please include the appropriate signature and date on both Exhibit F and Exhibit F — Reclamation Sections. 7. Exhibit F — Reclamation Sections: The Reclamation Section Adjacent to the Arkansas River indicates a 3:1 slope between the 100 -ft offset and the backfill area.
