The Operator must
reestablish the permit boundaries as required by Rule 3.1.12.
Peschel Parcel —The parcel is in reclamation. The area has been regraded, topsoiled and seeded. The City of
Longmont has constructed a parking lot for the bike path. The area appeared stable and vegetation was
establishing well. A few areas will need to be reseeded by Aggregate Industries before the Division would
consider a full warranty release request for the parcel. Additionally, Aggregate Industries will need to submit
and receive approval for a technical revision to account for the bike path and parking lot, which are currently
not included in the final reclamation plan for the site. The Operator intends to release the site from east to
west as reclamation is completed and hopes to release the Peschel Parcel in 2012.
Inspection Contact Address
Mrs. Connie Davis
Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc.
1707 Cole Blvd., Ste. 100
Golden, CO 80401
Cc: Tom Kaldenbach; DRMS
Stephanie Reigh; DRMS
