assigns to commence or continue exploration, development or
mining operations on the lease.
This Assignment is made pursuant and subject to that certain
Agreement to assign Federal Coal Lease No. C -29226 ( "Agreement ")
between Assignor and Assignee dated DEC. 15 , 1992. This
Assignment is made without warranty except as set forth in the
Agreement.
By accepting this Assignment, Assignee agrees to perform and
satisfy all of the duties and obligations of the lessee under the
above described lease.
