No new <br />vegetation units will be encountered that are not already described. <br />Exhibit J - Wildlife Information: No changes are needed. <br />Exhibit K - Climate Information: No changes are needed. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs: A new reclamation costs are calculated for Phase 7 and can be <br />added to the existing financial warranty. <br />Exhibit M - Other Permits: Changes are included. <br />Exhibit N - Legal Right to Enter: No changes are needed <br />Exhibit O - Surface and Sub - Surface Ownerships: No changes are needed <br />Exhibit P - Municipalities with Two Miles: No changes are needed. <br />Exhibit Q - Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation District: New notices are <br />provided to these parties. <br />Exhibit R - Filing with County Clerk and Recorder: This is a new exhibit because of the <br />amendment application. <br />Exhibit S - Permanent Man-Made Structures: There are permanent man-made structures within <br />200 feet of the affected land for this amendment and none will be adversely affected by the <br />operation. Appendix A is a slope stability study showing the mining activities can safety occur at <br />the designated setbacks from the permit boundary. <br />Addendum 1 - Posting of Property: A new exhibit is provided because this is an amendment and it <br />requires a new posting. <br />For the changes to Exhibit E and F of Phase 1, refer to section V of this application for new Exhibit <br />E and F sheets revising the revegetation and slope grading. <br />
