The permit renewal application (application), dated 4 March <br />2011, was received by the Division on 9 March 2011. The application was deemed complete on <br />21 March 2011. An Applicant Violator Survey (AVS) Compliance Check was initiated on 29 <br />March 2011 (1 st Check). Notice of the permit renewal application was published by CB in the <br />Glenwood Springs Post Independent on 31 March 2011 and 7, 14 and 21 April 2011. A copy of <br />the application was placed on file for public review at the Garfield County Courthouse and the <br />office of the Division. The Division notified selected agencies of the application by letters dated <br />21 March 2011. A response from the Colorado Historical Society was received on 7 April 2011. <br />A response from the Colorado Division of Water Resources was received on 25 April 2011. An <br />adequacy letter was sent to CB on 28 June 2011.
