To further this <br />determination, as related to the soil sampling refusal plan, WFC has added language confirming <br />that at least 80% of the probe holes will extend to the bottom of the soil stockpile, thereby <br />allowing all levels of the pile to be sampled. <br />WFC has adequately addressed all outstanding OSM identified deficiencies associated with the <br />proposed TR -61 permit revision application.
