PERMIT #: M -1976 -032 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: RCO <br />INSPECTION DATE: October 13, 2011 <br />The operator conducts an effective weed control plan that includes monitoring, and treatment as needed. <br />One small area containing Canada thistle was observed at the end of this inspection, which may not have been <br />noted by the operator, was on the western slope of the westernmost topsoil pile, just below and observable <br />from the county road.
