Seeding and planting locations will be reviewed and approved by the <br />Project Biologist before work can commence. <br />Table 7 <br />Riparian Shrubs for Mitigation Plan <br />o The second and third mitigation areas as shown on Figure 11 total 0.03 acre of <br />riparian mitigation and involve removal of larger rocks and mine related construction <br />debris, excavation of approximately 6 inches of soil, and re- establishment with 6 <br />inches of topsoil (see Appendix B, Photos 27 and 28). The areas will then be ripped <br />and seeded with a combination of the wetland /transitional area seed mix from Tables 3 <br />and 4 and will be planted with riparian area shrubs as listed on Table 7 in clumps of 3 <br />to 5 approximately 10 feet on center (50 riparian shrubs total for the two areas) and <br />Page 15 <br />August 2011 <br />
