October 17, 2011 C -1982- 056 /Foidel Creek Mine JDM <br />exception of the following: <br />- The sump located south of the railroad tracks and south of Pond B has neared capacity in terms of sediment. <br />This sump should be cleaned when dryer conditions dictate to ensure adequate freeboard is maintained. <br />-The culvert at the intersection of the explosives area access road was damaged at the inlet. <br />-The culvert located to the north of the ROM stockpile and behind the vent fan was 3 /4 full of sediment at the inlet <br />as of the September inspection, TCC has addressed this issue.. <br />-The disturbance associated with the stability work located approximately halfway between the collection ditch on <br />the east side of the railway between the batch weigh loadout and the 24" culvert under the railway next to the <br />conveyor has generated erosional gullies and runoff into the collection ditch. This area was addressed as of this <br />inspection and repaired with proper sediment control in place in the collection ditch and at the culvert. <br />-The material stockpile generated from the stability repair work was removed as requested and the site is stable <br />with no problems noted. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The longwall miner continues to operate in the 17LT panel. Two coal trains were in the process of loading at the <br />time of the inspection. <br />TCC received and acknowledged receipt of NOV- 2011 -005 on Monday September 12, 2011 during the inspection <br />of the site.
