Please provide a revised estimate of the total volume of overburden to be replaced into the pit <br />during reclamation. In addition, please specify the volumes of overburden in the stockpiles <br />located closest to the pit. <br />18. The Division will provide the Operator with a revised financial warranty estimate once all of <br />the adequacy issues have been addressed. <br />6.4.9 Exhibit M — Other Permits and Licenses <br />19. The original.application did not specify the permits, licenses and approvals the <br />Operator /Applicant would be seeking in order to conduct the proposed mining and <br />reclamation operations. Please identify and provide the Division with copies of the permits, <br />licenses and approvals the Operator has obtained or is currently seeking. <br />6.4.14 Exhibit N — Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />20. As required by Rule 6.4.14, please provide the Division with a description of the basis for <br />legal right of entry to the amended area. This may be a copy of an access lease, deed, abstract <br />title, or current tax receipt. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the decision date for this application is December 6, 2011. As previously mentioned if you <br />are unable' to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application.
