Your email below is sufficient to document that the TR -123 reclamation plan applies to work proposed in TR -126. (The
sediment control plan and reclamation plan that were applicable to TR -123 were those approved in 1311-14.) When TR-
126 is approved, I will include this email on the DRMS decision form as pages to be inserted behind tab TR -126 in Exhibit
80.
I will prepare the reclamation cost estimate for TR -126 and let you know about TR -126 approval later today.

I've left a message with Foster Kirby and hope to hear back from him in the AM. I've spoken to Dan Gray and
he will send an e-mail to you tonight or tomorrow morning. I looked through TR -121 and don't see the
similarity of this TR to that one. Rather, TR -123 is just like what we're doing with this application, but is much
less. So take a look at TR -123 and let me know if you still need me to get you more information.
