be $300.00 for each occurrence and $500.000 aggregate; and minimum insurance coverage for <br />propertv damage shall be $300,000 for each occurrence and $500,00 aggregate. <br />(2) The policy shall be maintained in full force during the life of the permit and anv <br />renewal thereof, including completion of all reclamation operations under rude 4. <br />(3) The policy shall include a rider requiring that the insurer notify the Division <br />whenever substantive changes are made in the policy, including any termination or failure to <br />renew. <br />(4) The Division may accept from the applicant, in lieu of a certificate for public <br />liability insurance policy, satisfactory evidence from the applicant that it has satisfied applicable <br />State or Federal self-insurance requirements. <br />RESPONSE <br />The certificate proving that TCC has a public liability insurance policy, in accordance <br />with the requirements of this Rule, in force during the life of the mining and reclamation <br />operations set forth in Exhibit 3, Certificate of Insurance. The rider required by this Rule <br />has been obtained. <br />Rule 2.03.10 - Identification of Other Licenses and Permits <br />Each application shall contain a list of all other licenses and permits needed by the <br />applicant to conduct the proposed surface or underground mining activities.
