The new Fuel Island will
consist of a containerized pad - mounted fuel depot, off - loading stations, dispensing stations and
appurtenances with a total overall hydrocarbon bulk storage of approximately 153,000 gallons of
diesel, gasoline, oils, kerosene and additives. Antifreeze will also be stored and dispensed at the
new Fuel Island. The project also includes a 10 foot by 12 foot fueling out - building.
The fuel storage area is a trapezoidal shaped lined containment cell (see Amec's attached
drawings) that measures approximately 170 feet long by an average of 120 feet wide and is 10
feet deep. The containment cell will be filled with permeable rock (similar to drain cover fill
used for the VLF) such that the interstitial spaces will provide the required volume to capture any
spillage from the Fuel Island storage vessels. The liner will be an 80 -mil LLDPE membrane.
Adjacent to and connected to the fuel storage area is the vehicle fueling area which consists of a
100 feet long by 70 feet wide by 20 ft deep containment cell. This vehicle fueling area
