This interim revegetation will be done for erosion control and wildlife habitat. <br /> L-5 FINAL REVEGETATION <br /> At any time that the Project is terminated, all disturbed areas, with the anticipated exception of the <br /> access road, will be reclaimed as described in Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan. In addition, all facilities <br /> described in Exhibit D - Mining Plan, will be dismantled, the area re-graded, topsoil re-applied, and <br /> the areas revegetated.
