Because the Permit and injection well authorizations are terminated, the complete <br />permitting process, including a new application and the opportunity for public comment will be <br />required should Natural Soda or any other entity choose to pursue Class III injection well <br />solution mining of nahcolite at the Rock School Lease in the future. The EPA will retain the <br />Administrative Record files associated with the above referenced Permit for a period of at least <br />two years.
