20. AmerAlia will report spills or leaks considered by the DMG and the BLM to be <br /> reportable to those agencies within 24 hours or the next business day. <br /> 21. Proof of the required four weeks of newspaper publications announcing that the <br /> permit application was under review is included as Attachment 12. <br /> 22. AmerAlia will work with the BLM and the DMG to reach an equitable bonding <br /> amount held by each agency. <br /> 23. The pre-operational field inspection was held July 23, 1999. <br /> Concerning the June 24, 1999, letter from DMG referencing wildlife issues,AmerAlia <br /> has been working closely with the BLM and with the DOW to address wildlife issues. <br /> Mr. Brad Petch,Habitat Biologist with the DOW, will document the action items that the <br /> DOW and BLM require to mitigate potential wildlife impacts from this Project in a letter <br /> to the DMG. This letter should address all of the concerns raised in the DMG June 24, <br /> 1999, letter.
