6 May 2004 <br />Natural Soda, Inc <br />Well 3M TDR Workover Report <br />Rigged up Well Sery Logging Service on well. <br />Start 6 May 2004 <br />Rod Storey <br />Ran Temperature log on well. Ran into solid build up @ 1650 feet <br />from surface. Could not get logging tools any deeper. <br />Temperature log shows normal temperature increase from fluid <br />level down through the well bore. <br />Ran Sand Pump and spear into well. Tagged solid build up @ 1650 <br />feet. Could not break up or gain any depth with sand pump. <br />Ran cement bond log. Could not get any reading above fluid level <br />@ 500 feet from surface. Could not fill well with water, as <br />perforations are open @ 1649 feet. <br />Cement bond log shows good cement bond and good isolation of <br />aquifers from 900 feet to 1650 feet depth. Could not log any <br />deeper. <br />Will clean cement out of well with rig when one is available in this <br />area. Will run cement bond log and temperature log clear to bottom <br />of well at that time. <br />Report #2 <br />
