<br />7. Cotter's continued discharge of uranium and other mine-related pollutants from the Facility to Ralston
<br />Creek, the underlying groundwater, and the alluvial water of Ralston Creek constitutes an ongoing,
<br />unauthorized discharge of pollutants from a point source into state waters in violation of §25-8-501(1),
<br />C.R.S.
<br />8. The Division has determined that additional corrective actions are necessary for Cotter to cease the
<br />unauthorized discharge of pollutants into state waters. Therefore, the Division hereby arnends the Order as
<br />follows:
