5. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Radioactive Materials License (#369-03) issued to Cotter by
the Department's Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division, Cotter was required to perform
quarterly groundwater quality monitoring for the Facility and the alluvial capture and treatment system.
6. Analytical results of the samples collected by Cotter to-date establish the following concentrations of
dissolved uranium in the groundwater and the alluvial groundwater associated with the Facility:
