• <br />• <br />• <br />14.3 If LESSEE terminates pursuant to .14.1 above, LESSEE shall be allowed 180 days <br />to remove any of LES SEE' s equipment, buildings, or personal property after the termination <br />date, and any such equipment, buildings, or personal property located on the Leased Premises <br />following the 180 day period shall immediately become the property of OWNER. <br />14.4 Failure of LESSEE to timely remove such buildings, equipment, and personal <br />property from Leased Premises shall cause title to such buildings, equipment and personal <br />property to vest with OWNER upon the expiration of this MINING LEASE, or of such ninety <br />(90) day or one hundred eighty (180) day period as the case may be. <br />• XV. CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION <br />15.1 Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, upon termination LESSEE shall <br />not remove any timber, mine support, or rail in any underground openings. LESSEE shall secure <br />any shafts or adits opened by LESSEE against trespass or entry by unauthorized persons. <br />15.2 Within ninety (90) days after termination for any reason, LESSEE shall tender to <br />OWNER all mine maps, all assay and sample maps, all geophysical and geochemical data, all <br />production data, all milling and processing data, and any other information and data pertaining <br />the Leased Premises which is of a non - interpretive nature. OWNER shall further be entitled to <br />any core logs or core assay data on material cored from the Leased Premises, provided that the <br />same is requested within the 90-day post - termination period. <br />XVI.
