The <br />well and surface facilities associated with the testing program are shown in Figure III -1. <br />IV. Monitoring Systems <br />1. Provide data on recording and nonrecording injection pressure gauges, casing- tubing annulus <br />pressure gauges, injection rate meters, temperature meters, and other meters or gauges. <br />Please refer to Part II. Specific Permit Conditions, Section A. Well Construction requirements, 3. <br />Sampling and Monitoring Devices of the UIC Permit and the Injection Well Monitoring Program specified <br />in the Statement of Basis of the UIC permit <br />2.
