Pineda <br />Director <br />On July 26, 2011 the 110d application for the Prince Albert Mine Designated Mining Operation (DMO) <br />was considered filed. All required Office notices were sent out per Rule 1.6. Rimrock was notified to <br />begin the public notice process. Per a copy of the notice supplied to the Division the public comment <br />period ended on August 15, 2011. <br />The initial decision date was established as October 24, 2011 based on its complex review as a DMO. <br />On July 30, 2001 the Division received general comments from the NRCS and Colorado Historical Society. <br />Those comments were forwarded to Rimrock. <br />On August 15, 2011 the Division received comments classified as an objection from the Sheep Mountain <br />Alliance and Center for Biological Diversity regarding the application. The comments were forwarded to <br />Rimrock to develop a response. The Division will issue a response once the technical review of the <br />application is completed. <br />On September 15, 2011 the Division received comments from the Office of State Engineer / Division of <br />Water Resources (DWR).
