• • • Basement- A crack was noted extending east/west approximately eight feet south of the basement doorway entrance near the northern most basement window. A hairline crack was also noted extending from the bottom north corner of the north most window on the west foundation wall approximately eight inches. A hairline crack was noted extending approximately four inches from the top north corner of the north most basement window on the west foundation. A similar crack was also noted extending from the top south corner of the north most window. A hairline crack was noted extending to the slab from the bottom south corner of the north basement window. A hairline crack extending east/west in the basement slab was noted in the middle of the basement. Another hairline crack in the slab was noted extending east/west from the south hot water heater on the east basement wall. A hairline crack was filmed on the upper north corner of the south most basement window on the west foundation. A similar crack was also filmed extending from the bottom north corner of the south most basement window on the west foundation. A crack was noted in the middle of the foundation at the bottom of the south most window on the west foundation, extending to the slab. Additionally a small hairline crack was found on the bottom south corner of the foundation on the south most window on the west foundation. This crack extended approximately six inches from the corner of the window frame. A hairline crack was noted in the foundation at the bottom south corner of the south crawlspace cut out extending from the bottom corner to the slab. Another hairline crack was noted on the foundation in the bottom north corner of the south crawlspace cut out extending down to the middle of the foundation wall. A hairline crack was noted in the foundation on the east wall extending from the slab up the north side of the north crawlspace cut out to the top of the foundation. A hairline crack was noted extending east/west in the concrete slab near the walkway just east northeast of the basement stairs and south of the north water heater. Another east/west hairline slab crack was noted just north of the north water heater. Crawlspace- No pre - existing damage was noted in the crawlspace. Sunroom (East)- A minor hairline crack was noted in the stamped concrete approximately three feet south of the hot tub. Another hairline crack was noted in the stamped concrete near the south entrance to the sunroom. The wood molding over the brick on the west side of the hot tub had come loose from the ceiling approximately one inch. Horse Barn The roof beams on the northeast comer of the barn had been previously repaired by the homeowner. Residence Exterior The stamped concrete on the southeast corner of the southeast patio is pitted and spalled. No additional pre - existing structural or cosmetic damage was noted on the exterior. The soffitt is loose and drooping on the southeast corner of the kitchen. The corner block on the southwest corner of the foundation on the south side was cracked vertically. This cracked had previously been sealed. There were some mortar joint separation cracks in the foundation blocks on the west side near the southwest corner. Additional mortar joint separation cracks were seen in the foundation between a few blocks between the basement windows on the west side. A vertical foundation crack was noted on the west foundation of the garage about the middle of the garage. Another vertical foundation crack was noted approximately three feet north of the previous crack. No other pre - existing damage was noted on the exterior.
