Kitchen- A hairline separation in the wall/ceiling wallboard was noted above the south kitchen window extending nearly eighteen inches. Master bedroom- A hairline separation at the wall/ceiling junction was noted above the south bay window extending approximately 10 -12 feet up the majority of that seam length toward the apex of the ceiling. A cosmetic nail -pop was noted on the west ceiling just above the southwest corner of the bedroom. Master bathroom- A hairline tear in the wallboard seam tape was noted above the southeast corner of the shower stall at the ceiling line. Guest bathroom- A hairline separation at the wall/ceiling junction was noted on the west wall above the sink that extended approximately five inches. There is another separation toward the apex of the ceiling that extends approximately eight inches. Guest bedroom- A hairline separation at the wall/ceiling junction was noted above the south side of the doorway leading to the living room. Laundry room — A hairline cracked was noted extending at an approximately 45- degree angle from the east top corner of the doorway leading into the living room. The crack extended approximately seven inches from the corner of the doorframe. A piece of the molding around the attic access was hanging down where it had come loose from the ceiling. Basement stairwell- A major cosmetic crack was noted on the west wall near the bottom of the stairs. The homeowner declared that this crack occurred at the junction of the foundation and the wood wall frame. A hairline crack in the concrete slab was noted at the base of the stairwell. This crack extended west/east approximately 18 inches.
