• <br />The linoleum and sub -floor behind the bathroom toilet was warped and exhibited signs of water <br />damage. There was water damage noted at the bottom of the south side of the bathtub. <br />Basement <br />The basement slab had a lot of cracking that was evident. The block foundation is in rather poor <br />condition. There are numerous cracks on all sides of the basement where moisture has seeped <br />through. The east most window on the north side was chipped near the top of the window. The <br />basement floor showed some signs of water damage as evident from spalling/chipping. Numerous <br />cracks were noted in multiple directions in the basement slab floor. There was a partition wall along <br />the north wall that had peeling seam tape over the wallboard joints. There was a large crack on the <br />west wall where outside light could be seen coming in through a crack between blocks. Large stair <br />step cracks between the foundation blocks were noted on the north and west sides near the <br />northwest corner as well as on the south side. The west wall was slightly bowed toward the east. <br />Some efflorescence was noted near the bottom of the foundation walls. <br />The water damage to the bathroom floor was better seen from the basement. The basement wall <br />near the northwest corner had been painted in an attempt to seal out moisture, however this was <br />ineffective. One windowpane of the interior cellar door leading outside was broken and replaced <br />with cardboard. <br />The southwest corner room of the basement also contained numerous cracks between the <br />cinderblock foundation where moisture had infiltrated. Outside light was seen inside the basement <br />through large and minor cracks on the south basement foundation. A large amount of efflorescence <br />was noted on the interior foundation walls on the south side. A stair step crack along the mortar was <br />noted along the east foundation wall of the southwest basement room. The south foundation wall <br />was slightly bowed toward the north, most likely to due to water pressure on the exterior wall. <br />The southeast basement room was partially finished. There was water damage evident in the closet <br />ceiling tiles. The south foundation wall in the room also exhibited efflorescence. The paint was <br />cracked and peeling from the moisture coming in from outside and moisture could be seen behind <br />the paint. The south foundation wall was slightly bowed to the north. The east foundation wall in <br />the southeast corner room was bowed toward the west. Large separation and cracks in the mortar <br />were noted in the southeast corner and along the east foundation wall. <br />Pump house <br />The roof of the pump house was weathered. No other pre- existing damage was noted. <br />Wood storage <br />No pre- existing damage was noted. <br />Guest lodging <br />The plywood siding near the roof on the east side of the guest lodging was warped. Ceiling cracks <br />were evident between the wallboard seams in the ceiling. A warped wall panel was noted on the <br />west side of the window on the north side of the guest lodging. <br />Garage (Exterior) <br />A small concrete crack was noted outside the north garage bay door on the east side. A larger crack <br />was found near the middle of the garage entrance between the doors. A small crack was noted in <br />the interior garage slab starting at the outside expansion joint and running inside the south bay of the <br />garage. A small crack was noted near the middle of the south bay garage door just at the entrance to <br />the door. Minor separation cracks due to missing mortar or shrinkage of mortar were found on the <br />
